目的 探讨招飞体检中对颞下颌关节功能紊乱的适宜淘汰率及保留边缘原则,以提高招飞质量。方法 确定颞下颁关节功能紊乱的检查方法。保留边缘标准,按3年中体检结果进行统计。结果 颞下颌关节疾患淘汰率占耳鼻咽喉与口腔科淘汰数的14.1％,占初检总淘汰数的4.0％。共保留边缘58人,全面体检时有47人合格。结论 预计经治疗后可以好转或痊愈的中度以下的颞下颌功能紊乱者应作保留。
Objective To investigate the appropriate elimination rate and retention margin of temporomandibular joint dysfunction in the examination of the flying traps so as to improve the quality of the strokes.
