新的语文课程标准要求对课堂进行重构,这就意味着我们要按照新课程的理念进行探究式教学、创新性教学,意味着我们每一位教师应该尝试着改变固有的习惯性思维方式和教学行为,也意味着课堂教学的结构和性质应该发生一定的变化,而这种变化具体体现在实实在在的课堂中和学生学习行为中,那么,对于教师而言,改善学生学习行为的评价策略也刻不容缓。笔者在对所在学校学生的学习行为现状进行分析后,从教师的评价策略入手,提出了相应见解。
