背景:药物治疗是偏头痛的主要治疗方法,而对平肝通络中药治疗偏头痛的作用机制的研究较少。目的:证实平肝通络颗粒对家兔脑膜血管具有双相调节作用。设计:完全随机安慰剂及阳性药物对照,单盲实验研究。地点和对象:实验在湖南省中医药研究院动物室完成。采用家兔脑膜血管。市售家兔24只,雌雄不限,体质量2.5~3kg,由湖南省中医药研究院动物室饲养2周以上。干预:平肝通络颗粒十二指肠给药与静脉注射给药的颅通定对照,试验完成、血管管径恢复后,各再给药1次,30min后由耳缘静脉按5μg/kg注射5-羟色胺。主要观察指标:兔脑膜小血管管径值。结果:平肝通络颗粒能够扩张正常家兔脑膜小血管管径,同时明显对抗注射5-羟色胺后兔脑膜血管管径的扩张,呈现双相调节作用。结论:平肝通络颗粒治疗偏头痛有一定的药理学依据。
BACKGROUND: Drug therapy is the main treatment method for migraine, but there are few studies on the mechanism of action of Pinggan Tongluo medicine for migraine. OBJECTIVE: To verify that Pinggan Tongluo granules have biphasic regulation on the meningeal blood vessels of rabbits. Design: Complete randomized placebo and positive drug control, single-blind experimental study. Location and Object: The experiment was completed in the animal room of Hunan Provincial Institute of Traditional Chinese Medicine. The rabbit’s meningeal blood vessels were used. There are 24 commercially available rabbits, male or female, with a body weight of 2.5 to 3 kg, which was raised in the animal room of the Hunan Provincial Institute of Traditional Chinese Medicine for more than 2 weeks. Intervention: Pinggan Tongluo Granules duodenal administration and intravenous injection of craniofacinal control, after the completion of the test, vascular diameter recovery, each re-dosed once, after 30 minutes by the ear marginal vein by 5μg/kg Injection of serotonin. MAIN OUTCOME MEASURES: Diameter of small meningeal vessels in rabbits. Results: Pinggan Tongluo granules can dilate the diameter of normal meningeal small blood vessels, and at the same time, they obviously inhibited the expansion of the meningeal vasculature after the injection of serotonin. Conclusion: Pinggan Tongluo Granules have certain pharmacological basis for the treatment of migraine.
