大型挖掘机的履带板及轨链节的应力(尤其在不平路面行走时),目前尚无可靠的参考数据。本文以西德Intetractor公司新近研制的一种B 10大型挖掘机(自重180吨、水平挖掘力及垂直挖掘力均为400吨、驱动力矩31000公斤米)为例,用西德斯图加特宇航结构静力学与动力学研究所的ASKA程序对挖掘机履带总成进行了应力计算。平面问题采用QUAC 9节点单元,空间问题采用HE×E8节点单元。整个计算分为三种工况:空载运行时履带轨链应力的计算、最大垂直挖掘力作用下销套扭转应
There is no reliable reference data for the stress of track shoes and rail links of large excavators (especially when walking on uneven roads). This article uses a newly developed B 10 large excavator (180 tons dead weight, 400 m horizontal digging force and 400 m vertical driving torque, and 31,000 kg driving torque) as developed by Intetractor of West Germany. The static structure of the aerospace structure in West Stuttgart is used as an example. The ASKA program of the Kinetic Institute conducted stress calculations on the crawler track assembly. The planar problem uses QUAC 9-node units, and the space problem uses HE × E8 node units. The entire calculation is divided into three types of conditions: the calculation of the track rail chain stress during no-load operation and the rotation of the pin bush under the maximum vertical digging force
