本文概略地介绍一个随机全息存储器的实验模型。分析了容量和速度。认为如果某些关键材料和器件能够解决,容量10~9—10~(10)位、速度超过磁盘的全息存储能够实现。全息存储器是磁盘之外解决计算机大容量存储的一个有希望的途径。
This article briefly introduces a random holographic memory experimental model. Analyzed capacity and speed. That if some of the key materials and devices can be solved, the capacity of 10 ~ 9-10 ~ (10) bit, the speed of the holographic storage can be achieved over the disk. Holographic storage is a promising way to address the mass storage of computers outside of the disk.
