郑州北车辆段日均加修电焊制动梁150根,9个电焊作业点同时操作,车间空气中粉尘浓度13.5mg/m3。为了治理电焊烟尘,1996年初安装了一套通风除尘,并配合工艺改造,使车间粉尘浓度降至2.4mg/m3。低于国家标准(6mg/m3)。提示制动梁电焊作业可采用环行流水线降低劳动强度,与工艺配套的通风除尘系统可以有效地控制电焊烟尘,保护职工身体健康。
