维生素 A 易为空气中的氧气氧化而失效,特别是在有水分、热和其它一些药物存在时更甚。稳定维生素 A 的方法很多,流动床喷雾造粒法是其中之一。此法比较简单,容易实现工业化。方法是:用明胶水溶液将维生素 A 晶体乳化,制成水包油乳剂,使维生素A的每颗油粒外包上一层明胶层。再将乳剂喷雾到淀粉的流动床上,使每颗乳粒的外面粘上一层淀粉。这样,维生素 A 晶体外有二层包膜与外界隔离,它的抗氧化能力因此而大大地提高。我们在实验室条件下,采用本法试制了维生素 A 包衣颗粒。今将试验结果和自制的一些设备介绍如下。
Vitamin A is easily oxidized in the air and the failure of oxygen, especially in the presence of water, heat and other drugs even worse. Many ways to stabilize vitamin A, fluidized bed spray granulation method is one of them. This method is relatively simple, easy to industrialization.
