国家高速公路网的规划建设,是中国进入新世纪实现小康社会目标的最重大项目之一,计划前后用30年时间即至2030年完成。其中,前20年是重点,而20年中的前10年更是重点。预计2010年以前,每年投资保持约1400～1500亿元人民币,每年新增高速公路3000公里左右;2010年以后至2020年,每年投资保持约1000亿元人民币,每年新增高速公路2000公里左右。
The planning and construction of the national highway network is one of the most significant projects in China’s goal of realizing a well-to-do society in the new century. The plan will be completed in 30 years and up to 2030. Among them, the first 20 years are the key points, and the first 10 years of the past 20 years are the key points. It is estimated that before 2010, the investment will be kept at about RMB140-150 billion each year and about 3000 kilometers of expressways will be added each year. From 2010 to 2020, the annual investment will be kept at about 100 billion yuan, and about 2,000 kilometers of expressways will be added each year.
