企业离退休职工的管理会遇到各种各样问题,处理不善将会对职工的权利造成消极影响,也不利于企业的良性发展。本文针对离退休职工的身体、心理情况,提出组织老职工定期参加社会活动,制定完善的离退休职工管理服务制度,丰富老职工的业余生活,并建设完善基础设施等方法,从多个角度确保老职工的权利得到保障,也有助于离退休职工的管理服务工作。
The management of retired workers in enterprises will encounter various problems. Poor treatment will have a negative impact on the rights and interests of employees and will not be conducive to the healthy development of enterprises.
