目的调查军校护理学员的心理状况,追踪分析其发展水平。方法应用大学生人格问卷(UPI)、症状自评量表(SCL-90)和艾森克人格问卷(EPQ),比较一年级护理学员相对于一年级其余专业学员的心理特点,并每隔半年应用UPI、SCL-90对一年级护理学员进行测试一直到实习前。结果一年级护理学员和一年级其余专业学员两两比较,UPI、SCL-90分值较低,E分较高(Z=12.56、10.24和9.76,P<0.05),在观察的两年时间里,其SCL-90分值逐渐下降(H=24.79,P<0.05)。结论军校护理学员的心理水平高于其余专业学员;在校学习期间,其心理水平不断得到提高。
Objective To investigate the psychological status of cadets and track the level of their development. Methods Using the Personality Questionnaire (UPI), Symptom Checklist 90 (SCL-90) and Eysenck Personality Questionnaire (EPQ), the psychological characteristics of the first-year nursing students relative to the first-year students were compared and applied every six months UPI, SCL-90 The first-year nursing students were tested until the internship. Results The scores of UPI and SCL-90 were lower and the E score was higher (P = 0.05, Z = 12.56,10.24 and 9.76, P <0.05). Conclusions The psychological level of military nursing students is higher than that of other professional students. During the period of studying in school, the psychological level of nursing students is continuously improved.
