竞争是市场经济的基本规律和普遍现象,竞争的存在让市场中的经营者更加积极地面对外界环境的变化。公平竞争是市场经济的核心,只有经营者公平地参与市场竞争,市场经济才可以有序健康地发展。完善我国现代化市场体系,从民营企业的角度出发,为了保证它公开公平参与市场竞争,需要建立民营企业的公平竞争权,法律也应明确赋予民营企业市场公平竞争的权利。
Competition is the basic law and common phenomenon of the market economy. The existence of competition allows the market operators to face the changes of the external environment more actively. Fair competition is the core of the market economy. Only when the operators participate in the market competition fairly can the market economy develop orderly and healthily. To improve China’s modern market system, in order to ensure its open and fair participation in the market competition, it is necessary to establish fair competition rights for private-owned enterprises from the perspective of private-owned enterprises. The law should also clearly give the private-owned enterprises the right to fair competition in the market.
