目的:探讨根管预备后牙本质内表面处理方法对纤维桩黏结强度的影响。方法:选用30颗完整离体成人上颌中切牙,随机分为A,B,C 3组,每组各10牙,完善根管治疗后,于釉牙骨质界上方2 mm水平截断并预备桩道。A,B,C组分别用体积分数14%乙二胺四乙酸溶液、体积分数3%双氧水和质量分数0.9%生理盐水溶液处理1 min,自酸蚀黏结把纤维桩黏结于桩道内。用万能材料试验机测试其固位力。结果:A组纤维桩黏结固位力大于B,C组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);B,C组纤维桩黏固位力比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:使用乙二胺四乙酸溶液处理桩道预备后的根管牙本质,可提高纤维桩黏结固位力。
Objective: To investigate the effect of root canal preparation of post-dentin inner surface treatment on the bond strength of fiber posts. Methods: Thirty intact adult maxillary central incisors were randomly divided into groups A, B and C, with 10 teeth in each group. After complete root canal treatment, the maxillary central incisor was cut off and prepared at a level of 2 mm above the enamel cementum Stake Road. Groups A, B and C were treated with 14% ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid solution in volume fraction, 3% H2O2 and 0.9% NaCl solution for 1 min, respectively. Use a universal testing machine to test its retention. Results: The bonding strength of fiber posts in group A was greater than those in groups B and C (P <0.05). There was no significant difference in the bonding strength of fiber posts between groups B and C (P> 0.05). Conclusion: The treatment of root canal dentin by using ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid solution can improve the bonding retention of fiber posts.
