跟踪型轴角转换器(Resolver-to-digital Converter,RDC)被广泛应用于高速精密角度测量。首先介绍了这种方案的测量原理,总结了以往误差分析的结论,指出了其在工程应用中的不足。然后对载波相位角失配进行了误差分析,获得了误差表达式。并根据锁定放大的原理,量化了输入噪声误差的分析方法,给出了信号调理电路的最大允许增益的估算方法。分析方法及结果对基于追踪型RDC的高速精密测角系统的工程实践具有重要的意义。
Resolver-to-digital converter (RDC) is widely used in high-speed precision angle measurement. First of all, the measurement principle of this scheme is introduced, the conclusion of the previous error analysis is summarized, and its deficiency in engineering application is pointed out. Then the error analysis of carrier phase angle mismatch is carried out, and the error expression is obtained. According to the principle of lock amplification, the analysis method of input noise error is quantified, and the method of estimating the maximum allowable gain of signal conditioning circuit is given. The analysis methods and results are of great significance to engineering practice of high-speed precision goniometry system based on tracking type RDC.
