近年来,高校大学生党员数量有所增加,在党的正确指挥和领导下,民办高校大学生党员的质量也有所提升。但是,随着数量的扩张,带来的问题也层出不穷,问题之一便是大学生党员发展注重入党前的考察,重视发展过程的监督,忽视入党后的继续教育与培养。“重发展、轻教育”现象已经成为各高校党员发展的突出问题。民办高校作为我国高校的重要组成部分,其党员素质、和质量的高低也影响着我国高校大学生党员的整体发展水平。本文的宗旨是对民办高校大学生党员继续教育问题进行研究,对创新民办高校大学生党员继续教育问题机制进行初步的探索。
In recent years, the number of university student party members has increased. Under the correct command and leadership of the party, the quality of college student party members in private universities has also been raised. However, with the expansion of the number, the problems that emerge also emerge one after another. One of the problems is that the development of college party members pays attention to the investigation before entering the party, the supervision of the development process, and the neglect of continuing education and training after joining the party. “Redevelopment, light education ” phenomenon has become a prominent issue of the development of party members in all colleges and universities. Private colleges and universities as an important part of colleges and universities, its quality of party members, and the level of quality also affects the overall level of development of college students in our country. The purpose of this paper is to study the continuing education of Party members in private colleges and universities, and to explore the mechanism of innovating the continuing education of Party members in private colleges and universities.
