开发利用不溶性含钾岩石生产钾钙肥是解决我国钾肥短缺的一个重要途径。介绍了以钾长石和白云石为原料经煅烧制备钾钙肥的原理,研究了钾长石与白云石的质量比、煅烧温度、煅烧时间对钾钙肥中有效K_2O含量的影响。结果表明,最佳的工艺条件为钾长石与白云石质量比1︰1、煅烧温度1 150℃、煅烧时间40 min,在此条件下制备的钾钙肥有效成分含量符合Q/XYF 001—2005的要求,K_2O转化率达到94%,Mg O转化率达到98%,实现了钾长石与低品质白云石的综合利用。
Development and utilization of insoluble potassium-bearing rock production of potassium-calcium fertilizer is an important way to solve the shortage of potash in China. The principle of preparing potash fertilizer by using potassium feldspar and dolomite as raw materials was introduced. The effects of mass ratio of potassium feldspar to dolomite, calcination temperature and calcination time on effective K 2 O content in potash fertilizer were studied. The results showed that the best technological conditions were as follows: the mass ratio of potash feldspar to dolomite was 1︰1, the calcining temperature was 1 150 ℃, and the calcining time was 40 min. The content of active ingredients of potassium-calcium fertilizer prepared under these conditions was in accordance with Q / XYF 001- 2005, the conversion of K_2O reached 94% and the conversion of MgO reached 98%, which realized the comprehensive utilization of potassium feldspar and low quality dolomite.
