目的对比超声弹性成像与常规超声在诊断甲状腺良恶性结节方面的价值。方法 50例甲状腺结节患者,均为单发性结节。分别应用常规超声及超声弹性成像对甲状腺结节良恶性进行鉴别诊断。以手术病理证实结果为金标准,对诊断情况进行对比。结果 50个甲状腺结节病灶中,良性38个,恶性12个。常规超声诊断:良性29个,恶性21个;超声弹性成像诊断:良性36个,恶性14个。超声弹性成像诊断甲状腺良恶性结节的灵敏度为91.67%,特异性为92.11%,准确性为92.00%,均高于常规超声诊断良恶性结节的灵敏度66.67%,特异性65.79%,准确性66.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应用超声弹性成像诊断技术对甲状腺良恶性结节的诊断效果优于常规超声,值得在临床实践中进一步推广。
Objective To compare the value of ultrasound elastography and routine ultrasound in the diagnosis of benign and malignant thyroid nodules. Methods 50 cases of thyroid nodules were single nodules. The differential diagnosis of benign and malignant thyroid nodules using conventional ultrasound and ultrasound elastography respectively. Surgical pathology confirmed the results as the gold standard, the diagnosis of the situation were compared. Results Among 50 thyroid nodules, 38 were benign and 12 were malignant. Routine ultrasound diagnosis: benign 29, malignant 21; ultrasound elastography diagnosis: benign 36, malignant 14. The sensitivity, specificity and accuracy of ultrasound elastography in the diagnosis of benign and malignant thyroid nodules were 91.67%, 92.11% and 92.00%, respectively, which were higher than those of conventional benign and malignant nodules by 66.67%, 65.79% and 66.00% respectively %, The difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion The diagnosis of benign and malignant thyroid nodules using ultrasound elastography is superior to conventional ultrasound in the diagnosis of benign and malignant thyroid nodules and should be further popularized in clinical practice.
