为研究中心体蛋白Centrin与男性不育的关系,从而深入理解Centrin在精子发生过程中的功能,用抗Centrin多克隆抗体对10例正常人及18例男性不育症病人的成熟精子进行了免疫荧光染色.结果发现,在正常男性成熟精子中有两个明显的点状荧光阳性信号,位于鞭毛的基体部,分别为近端中心粒和远端中心粒;而一些不育病人精子中Centrin蛋白定位异常,染色信号呈弥散分布,未显示正常大小的近端和远端中心粒.这表明中心体蛋白异常可能与某些男性不育相关,这一表型有可能用作某些男性不育及精子异常的新标志.
