推移活塞脉管制冷机是在脉管热端新增一个推移活塞作为调相机构,同时可以回收脉管内气体的膨胀功。通过实验方法,分析了定制冷量下,推移活塞脉管制冷机工作在中温区时,压缩机运行频率对冷头温度、相对卡诺效率等性能参数的影响,以及电机的性能特性。结果表明,在充气压力1.92MPa,运行频率54Hz,输入功224.5W,制冷量25.0W时,冷头温度在137.3K,制冷机的相对卡诺效率达到12.7%。

The influence of compressor operating frequency on performance parameters such as cold head temperature and relative Carnot efficiency and the performance characteristics of the motor were analyzed by experimental methods. The results show that the relative temperature reaches 12.7% when the charging pressure is 1.92MPa, the operating frequency is 54Hz, the input power is 224.5W and the cooling capacity is 25.0W.
