目的目的了解广州越秀区3岁以上不同人群的食用油摄入情况和影响因素,为提出平衡膳食建议提供理论依据。方法法随机抽取越秀区425名居民,采用入户调查形式进行食用油摄入情况调查,采用Epi Data3.1软件录入数据,SPSS13.0进行数据统计分析。结果居民食用油人均摄入量为28.75g/人日,超标率为50%。不同年龄、文化程度和职业的分组人群的超标率差异具有统计学意义。结论居民食用油摄入量超过“中国居民膳食指南”和“平衡膳食宝塔”中食用油推荐量,所以应加强健康教育及营养知识的宣传,特别是针对摄入量高的高危人群,注意平时饮食习惯,尽量低盐低脂饮食。
Objective To understand the edible oil intake and influencing factors among different populations over the age of 3 in Yuexiu District, Guangzhou, and to provide theoretical basis for the proposal of balanced diet. Methods A total of 425 inhabitants of Yuexiu District were randomly selected. The intake of edible oil was investigated by household survey. Data were collected using Epi Data 3.1 software and SPSS 13.0 was used for statistical analysis. Results The per capita intake of household edible oil was 28.75g / person day, exceeding the standard rate of 50%. The differences of over-standard rate between groups with different ages, educational levels and occupations were statistically significant. Conclusion Residents’ consumption of edible oil exceeds the recommended amount of edible oil in the “Dietary Guideline for Chinese Residents” and “Balanced Food Pagoda,” so health education and nutritional knowledge should be promoted, especially for those with high intake People, pay attention to the usual diet, as low-salt low-fat diet as possible.
