局部麻醉在眼科手术中较常用。大多数的局麻药都有一个与乙酰胆碱相类似的结构、故其阻断神经传导作用可能是通过与乙酰胆碱竞争受体蛋白而实现的。局麻药一般分为两类:一类为酯环类,如可卡因(Cocaine),丁卡因(Tetracaine)及普鲁卡因(Procaine);另一类为酰胺环类,如利多卡因(Lidocaine)和甲吡卡因(Mepivacaine)。迄今为止可卡因是人们所熟知的抑制肾上腺素能神经未梢摄取去甲肾上腺素,从而对儿茶酚胺敏感这一过程的唯一局麻药。本研究的目的在于判定与可卡因结构相似的丁卡因和普鲁卡因对眼压有无影响。本研究包括59名男女志愿者,均无眼病,年龄10~70岁,分为二组:第一组17人34眼用0.5%Proparacaine Hydrochloride滴眼3次,每次一滴,
