目的:分析二级医院护理部主任管理培训需求的影响因素。方法:便利抽取全国10个省份二级医院的457位护理部主任/副主任作为研究对象,运用自行设计的问卷调查其培训需求情况并分析影响因素。结果:医院护士数量、护理部主任从事护理工作年限、护理部主任的最高学历成为管理培训需求的影响因素。结论:针对二级医院护理部主任的培训可优先在医院护士数量多、护理部主任从事护理工作年限短和最高学历高的主任中开展。
Objective: To analyze the influencing factors of the management training demand of director of nursing department in secondary hospital. Methods: Conveniently taking 457 nursing director / deputy director of secondary hospitals in 10 provinces in 10 provinces as the research object, using the self-designed questionnaire to survey their training needs and analyzing the influencing factors. Results: The number of hospital nurses, nursing director of nursing work experience, nursing director of the highest academic qualifications as management training needs of the influencing factors. CONCLUSIONS: The training for director of nursing department in the second-grade hospital may take precedence over the large number of nurses in the hospital and the head of the nursing department to carry out the work of nursing director with short working life and highest educational attainment.
