根据国家计委下达修订《工业与民用建筑工程地质勘察规范》(TJ21—77)的任务,由主编单位——建设部综合勘察研究院于1986年7月3日至7日在苏州主持召开了规范修订的第一次工作会议。参加会议的有城乡建设、冶金、机械、航空、兵器、水电、铁道、交通等部门19个单位的26名代表。会议讨论了修订规范的指导思想与原则、规范名称、内容与结构、计划及分工等。会议认为,为了大力推行岩土工程体制,向国际标准靠拢,这次修订除继承现行规范的优点与经验外,更要着眼于国际先进水平,适应新形势的需要,在内容的深度和广度上必须进行根本的技术改革,并建议将《工业与民用建筑工程地质勘察规范》改名为《岩土工程勘
According to the task of the State Planning Commission to revise the “Geological Survey of Industrial and Civil Construction Engineering Geological Survey” (TJ21-77), the editor-in-chief unit, the Institute of Integrated Investigation and Research of the Ministry of Construction, was held in Suzhou from July 3rd to July 7th, 1986. It is necessary to carry out fundamental technological reforms and propose to rename the “Geological Survey of Industrial and Civil Construction Engineering Geology” to "Geotechnical Engineering Survey.
