日本电影在经历80年代的低谷和阵痛之后,逐渐在探索中求得了发展。进入90年代,涌现出一批有才华的新导演,仅1991年就有40多位新导演活跃在影坛上。他们思想敏锐,敢于变革,将影片的注意力由编制故事转向了对心灵世界的开掘,在较深层次上掀起了“寻求自我”的人性探索热潮。在创作手法上,不再局限于现实主义的白描,而是广泛借鉴了现代主义惯用的象征,隐喻手法。这使得日本电影在国际著名的电影节上屡获大奖。这其中的代表人物就是北野武。
Japanese films gradually developed in their explorations after going through the troughs and pains of the 1980s. Into the 90’s, emerged a group of talented new directors, in 1991 alone, there are more than 40 new directors active in the film. Their keen thinking and courage to change have turned the focus of their films from the compilation of stories to the exploration of the spiritual world, and at a deeper level set off a wave of exploration of the human nature of “seeking for themselves.” In the creative techniques, it is no longer confined to the realistic description of the white paper. Instead, it widely draws on the symbolism and metaphor of modernism. This makes Japanese movies award-winning at internationally renowned film festival. This is one of the representatives of Kitano Takeshi.
