目的:评价 MRI动态增强对颅内脑膜瘤的诊断价值。材料与方法:采用 1.0T超导 MRI系统对32例颅内脑膜瘤进行动态增强扫描,分析各组织亚型脑膜瘤的对比增强率.时间(CER-T)曲线、增强峰值(EP)和最大增强百分率( MCER)的差别。结果: 4例血管瘤型脑膜瘤 CER-T曲线均表现为快速陡峭上升,在 60s内到达峰值,然后缓慢下降; 8例上皮细胞型脑膜瘤CER-T曲线中有7例表现为快速上升,一般在60~210s内到达峰值,然后亦缓慢下降;9例纤维细胞型脑膜瘤 CER-T曲线均表现为持续相对缓慢上升,峰值出现在210s以后或未见峰值;11例混合型脑膜瘤的 CER.T曲线则表现不一。血供丰富的脑膜瘤其EP值和MCER值较血供不丰富的脑膜瘤高。结论:MRI动态增强对颅内脑膜瘤的组织亚型和血管丰富程度的判别有一定实用价值。
Objective: To evaluate the diagnostic value of MRI dynamic enhancement for intracranial meningioma. MATERIALS AND METHODS: Thirty-two cases of intracranial meningiomas were dynamically scanned using 1.0T superconducting MRI system. The contrast enhancement rates of each subtype of meningioma were analyzed. Time (CER-T) curve, the difference between enhanced peak (EP) and maximum enhanced percentage (MCER). Results: The CER-T curves of 4 hemangiomas showed a rapid and steep rise, reaching the peak within 60s and then declining slowly. Seven of the 8 cases with epithelial meningiomas showed rapid increase, The peak of the CER-T curve in 9 cases of fibrocystic meningiomas continued to rise relatively slowly with peak value after 210s or no peak. In 11 patients with mixed meningioma CER. T curve is mixed. Blood-rich meningioma EP value and MCER value than the blood supply is not rich meningiomas. Conclusion: MRI dynamic enhancement of intracranial meningioma tissue subtypes and vascular richness of discrimination has some practical value.
