大学校长权力异化严重,需要伦理的规制。大学校长权力伦理,是指大学校长在权力运作和行使过程中所产生的伦理意识、伦理关系、伦理规范以及伦理行为实践的总和。大学校长权力伦理的价值体系主要包括价值基础、价值核心与价值目标三个层面。大学校长权力伦理的价值基础,主要包括权力忠诚、权力敬畏、权力公正、权力责任、权力清廉;公利至上、行政为民则构成大学校长权力伦理的价值核心;依法行政、民主行政、服务行政、和谐行政是大学校长权力伦理的的价值目标。
The alienation of university presidents is serious and requires ethical regulation. University presidents power ethics refers to the sum of ethics awareness, ethical relations, ethical norms and ethical behavior practices of university presidents during the operation and exercise of power. The value system of university president power ethics mainly includes three aspects: value basis, value core and value goal. The principals of university presidents’ power ethics include the value of power loyalty, power awe, fairness of power, responsibility of power and clean power; the supremacy of public interest and the power of government constitute the core value of the ethics of university presidents. According to law, democratic administration, service administration, Harmonious administration is the value target of university principals’ power ethics.
