分子内分泌学是一门新发展起来的学科,近十年来进展较快。它的发展加深了人们对生物机体神经体液调控机理的认识,对生理学、病理生理学和临床医学起到了很大促进作用。由于现代先进技术的应用,才有可能从分子水平来探讨激素的作用机理,从激素分子的改造来达到防治效应,从激素分子的特异测定来提高诊断水平。分子内分泌学涉及的内容很多,本文只就与医学临床关系密切的四个问题作初步介绍。
Molecular endocrinology is a new discipline developed rapidly in recent ten years. Its development has deepened people’s understanding of the mechanism of neurohumoral regulation of biological organism and played a significant role in physiology, pathophysiology and clinical medicine. Due to the application of modern advanced technology, it is possible to explore the mechanism of action of hormones from the molecular level, to achieve the prevention and treatment effect from the modification of hormone molecules, and to improve the diagnostic level by the specific determination of hormone molecules. Molecular endocrinology involves a lot of content, this article only with the medical clinics are closely related to the four issues for a preliminary introduction.
