采用负载型铜氨络合物催化剂进行糠醛气相加氢制 2 甲基呋喃。用浸渍方法制备催化剂 ,以硅胶球粒为载体。研究了制备催化剂过程中配比、焙烧温度对生成 2 甲基呋喃的影响 ,以及在催化剂的评价过程中 ,还原温度、反应温度对生成 2 甲基呋喃的影响。在最佳条件下 ,糠醛转化率可达 99%以上 ,2 甲基呋喃的选择性达 97%。利用气相色谱分析了产品的组成。
Catalytic hydrogenation of furfural to 2-methylfuran was carried out by using supported cuprammonium complex catalyst. The catalyst was prepared by impregnation method using silica gel pellets as carrier. The effects of the ratio and calcination temperature on the formation of 2-methylfuran were investigated. The effects of the reduction temperature and the reaction temperature on the formation of 2-methylfuran during the catalyst evaluation were also studied. Under the optimal conditions, the conversion of furfural was above 99% and the selectivity of 2-methylfuran was 97%. The composition of the product was analyzed by gas chromatography.
