用5-氮氧自由基硬脂酸,16-氮氧自由基硬脂酸和马来酰亚胺分别标记人红细胞膜,观察到两种不同产地的石棉一茫棉及沫棉可致膜浅层和深层脂质流动性降低及膜蛋白构象改变。从圆二色谱分析发现,茫棉及沫棉可降低膜蛋白α-螺旋量经柠檬酸铝处理后,茫棉及沫棉的上述作用明显减弱.用0.1mol·L-1盐酸浸脱茫棉或沫棉纤维中的镁,可致两种温石棉溶血能力下降.由上可知,茫棉或沫棉中的镁以及两种温石棉对膜脂流动性及膜蛋白构象的影响,在其溶血过程中起重要作用.
