目的:探讨上颌前牙区严重骨缺损患者行自体髂骨块状骨移植二期种植修复的临床效果。方法:对10例上颌前牙区严重骨缺损患者行自体髂骨块状骨移植,将移植骨修整后的骨屑及人工骨混合填塞于块状骨周围间隙内,表面覆盖可吸收生物膜,充分减张后缝合创面。术后4-6个月共植入45枚种植体,3-6个月后行永久修复。随访时间6-25个月(平均11个月)。结果:45枚种植体在愈合和随访期内均未发生松动脱落,骨结合良好,留存率100%;复查X线片种植体颈部骨吸收均小于1mm,患者的外形和咬合均恢复良好。结论:自体髂骨块状骨移植是解决上颌前牙区严重骨缺损时种植修复的有效方法。
Objective: To investigate the clinical effect of second-stage implant restoration of autologous iliac bone mass in patients with maxillary anterior teeth area severe bone defect. Methods: Ten patients with severe anterior maxillary defect in the maxillary autograft were treated with autologous iliac bone graft. The bone chips and artificial bone were mixed and stuffed in the space around the massive bone graft. The surface was covered with absorbable biofilm, Suture the wound after full reduction. A total of 45 implants were implanted 4-6 months after surgery and were permanently repaired 3-6 months later. Follow-up time 6-25 months (average 11 months). Results: All the 45 implants did not loosen and fall off during the follow-up and follow-up period. The bone union was good and the retention rate was 100%. The cervical bone resorption of the X-ray implants was less than 1 mm. The appearance and occlusion of the patients recovered well. CONCLUSION: Autologous iliac bone graft is an effective method for implant repair in patients with severe bone defect in the maxillary anterior.
