创面愈合是机体在遭受创伤后的一种组织修复功能。生长因子参与组织修复的进程,并起重要的调控作用。研究资料表明,碱性成纤维细胞生长因子(bFGF)在创面愈合中具有多种生物学活性,加速角质细胞的分化与上皮细胞的再生,促进创面的愈合。1998年10月至1999年3月我院应用治疗浅Ⅱ°烧伤创面14例,临床结果显示:应用bFGF具有促进创面愈合,愈合时间提前2~3天。现报告如下。
Wound healing is a tissue repair function of the body after being subjected to trauma. Growth factors are involved in the process of tissue repair and play an important regulatory role. Research data show that bFGF has multiple biological activities in wound healing, accelerating keratinocyte differentiation and epithelial cell regeneration, and promoting wound healing. From October 1998 to March 1999, 14 cases of superficial Ⅱ ° burn wounds were treated in our hospital. The clinical results showed that the application of bFGF promoted wound healing and the healing time was 2 to 3 days earlier. The report is as follows.
