对首钢京唐1号高炉喷吹煤粉的粒度组成和不同粒度煤粉燃烧特性进行了研究,并在京唐1号高炉进行放宽煤粉粒径的工业试验。结果表明,在高炉生产保持稳定和顺行,原燃料条件基本不变的条件下,放宽煤粉粒径后磨煤机生产能力增加10%左右,高炉内煤粉利用率基本上没有大的变化。认为在进行烟煤和无烟煤混合喷吹的条件下,完全可以降低小于75μm煤粉的比例,不必按传统的做法将该比例控制在80%左右。
The particle size distribution of pulverized coal injected at Shougang Jingtang No.1 blast furnace and the pulverized coal combustion characteristics of different particle sizes were studied, and an industrial experiment was conducted to relax the pulverized coal particle size in Jing Tang No. 1 blast furnace. The results show that after the blast furnace production keeps stable and goes smoothly and the raw fuel conditions are basically the same, after relaxing the pulverized coal particle size, the pulverizer production capacity increases about 10%, and the utilization rate of pulverized coal in the blast furnace basically does not change much. It is considered that the proportion of pulverized coal less than 75 μm can be completely reduced under the condition of mixed injection of bituminous coal and anthracite, and it is not necessary to control the proportion to be about 80% according to the traditional method.
