目的:通过小鼠胚胎的生长情况,对新建体外受精(IVF)实验室的质量控制进行验证,为人类辅助生殖技术的开展提供理论依据。方法:将体内与IVF方式得到的2细胞期胚胎放入不同培养箱中培养,观察胚胎生长情况。结果:IVF得到的2细胞期胚胎放入1、2、3号培养箱中培养,114h后囊胚形成率分别为85.44%、90.99%和89.93%,3者之间差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。体外受精得到的2细胞期胚胎放入2号培养箱中培养,114h后囊胚形成率为93.85%,与体内受精的2号培养箱的囊胚形成率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:3种培养箱均可运用于该实验室,该实验为人类辅助生殖技术的开展提供了可靠的基础。
Objective: To verify the quality control of new in vitro fertilization (IVF) laboratory through the growth of mouse embryos and provide a theoretical basis for the development of human assisted reproductive technology. Methods: The 2-cell embryos obtained in vivo and in IVF were cultured in different incubators to observe the growth of embryos. Results: The 2-cell embryos obtained by IVF were cultured in incubators 1, 2, and 3, and the blastocyst formation rates after 114 h were 85.44%, 90.99% and 89.93%, respectively. There was no significant difference among the three P> 0.05). The 2-cell embryos obtained by in vitro fertilization were cultured in Incubator No.2. The blastocyst formation rate after 114h was 93.85%. There was no significant difference in the blastocyst formation rate between in vitro fertilization and in Incubator No.2 (P> 0.05). Conclusion: All three kinds of incubators can be used in this laboratory. This experiment provides a reliable basis for the development of human assisted reproductive technology.
