推进政治工作与军事工作信息一体化发展,是我军信息化建设重要的实践课题。一是要建立政治工作与军事工作信息一体化的编制体制,确立按照军政信息流程设计组织体制的基本思路,在军队组织体系改革中变革政治工作组织系统,区分经重缓急实施稳妥的体制改革;二是要搭建政治工作与军事工作信息一体化的技术平台,确立建设标准化技术平台的起点意识,遵循系统集成理论,在军队信息化训练场建设中搭建政治工作平台单元,推进政治工作网络化平台建设;三是要培养推进政治工作与军事工作信息一体化的高级人才,着眼“打得赢”要求培养人才,加强军队院校育才基地建设,优化军事人才培养环境。
To promote the integrated development of political work and military work is an important practical issue for our military’s informationization. Second, it is necessary to set up a technology platform integrating political work and military work information, establish the starting point of building a standardized technology platform, follow the system integration theory, establish a platform for political work in the construction of an army’s informationized training ground, and promote a network of political work platforms Thirdly, it is necessary to train top-level talents to promote the integration of political work and military work information, and to focus on “win win”, require the training of qualified personnel, strengthen the construction of the bases for educating qualified personnel in military academies and schools, and optimize the training environment for military professionals.
