如今越来越多的诚信缺失已成为经济交易、日常社会交往中一个迫切需要解决的问题。诚信缺失的原因是多方面的,如何解决诚信缺失问题,是当前研究的重点。本文试图在法治建设的视域下作一粗浅探讨,认为在法治视野下构建诚信社会,应当通过立法、执法、司法、守法、法律监督等途径来实现。 Nowadays, more and more lack of honesty and credit has become an urgent problem to be solved in economic transactions and daily social exchanges. There are many reasons for the lack of honesty and credit. How to solve the problem of lack of honesty and credit is the focus of current research. This article attempts to make a brief discussion on the construction of the rule of law from the perspective of law. It is believed that the construction of honest society under the rule of law should be realized through legislation, law enforcement, judicature, law-abiding and legal supervision.
