在生态平衡亟待维持的今天,保护环境、保护动物的工作刻不容缓。而我们可以古为今用,在古代蒙古族的法律文献中,分析总结他们的动物保护思想,结合如今的实际情况,而运用到我们保护动物的实践中来。本文以《元典章》为研究对象,通过《元典章》中保护动物的法条内容,从保护家畜和野生动物这两个方面,来分析古代蒙古族的动物保护思想。
In the ecological balance urgently need to be maintained today, the protection of the environment, animal protection work without delay. In the ancient Mongolian legal documents, we can analyze and summarize their thoughts on animal protection and combine them with the actual situation so as to apply them to our practice of animal protection. This article takes the “Yuan dian zhang” as the research object and analyzes the animal protection thought of ancient Mongolian from the protection of livestock and wildlife through the content of the law of protection of animals in “Yuan Dianzhang”.
