分别用高冰镍、焙烧镍、镍粉及 NiSO_4刺激人外周血,结果表明,除高冰镍能显著诱发化学发光(CL)外,其他几种镍化合物诱发 CL 的能力很弱;测量体系中血浓度、高冰镍含量及体系保温时间等对人外周血诱发的 CL 有影响。进一步实验表明,高冰镍对酵母多糖刺激的人外周血CL 有增强作用,此外,还观察了 Na_2SeO_3对高冰镍刺激的人外周血 CL 的影响。
The results showed that the ability of several other nickel compounds to induce CL was very weak except for the high ice nickel which could induce CL obviously. The concentration of blood, high iced nickel Content and system incubation time on human peripheral blood-induced CL have an impact. Further experiments showed that high iced nickel enhanced the activity of CL in human peripheral blood stimulated by zymosan. In addition, the effect of Na_2SeO_3 on the CL of human peripheral blood stimulated by iced nickel was also observed.
