军队现行工资制度难以适应我国经济体制市场化程度日益提高的现实国情,存在着较大的缺陷。因此,必须深化军队工资制度改革,进行机制转换,建立和健全工资结构均衡机制、正常的增资机制、工资收入的社会均衡比较机制、正常的物价补偿机制和军人工资决策机制,从而建立起适应社会主义市场经济新体制要求的具有我军特色的工资制度。
