水分既是植物的主要组成成分,又是植物生命活动的必要条件,植物的生长发育状况在很大程度上决定于水分供应状况。不同类型植物对水分的适应能力及水分亏缺指标是不一致的,了解各种植物的水分状况及变化规律并合理调节是夺取高产优质的先决条件。茶树为中生常绿木本植物,需水量大,季节性强。且茶树为叶用作物,除生理需水外,随着采叶还带走大量水分。茶树枝梢经多次采摘后,水分输导系统受到一定程度的破坏,与共他作物比较更有其特殊性。为此我们从1981年起对茶树叶片水分状况作了初步研究,现将研究结果整理如后。
