2010年12月10日至12日,中央经济工作会议在北京召开,全面、科学、系统地谋划了“十二五”开局之年的经济发展蓝图。从会议发布的信息看,以科学发展为核心,以加快转变经济发展方式为主线,调结构、稳发展、保民生、促改革,中国经济在新的一年呈现转型的新取向。围绕中央经济工作会议精神与内容,各大主流媒体、相关专家学者及社会各界人士纷纷发表言论,热议2011年中国经济基本走向与关键着力点,本文将之划分为宏观篇、产业篇、民生篇、改革篇四大篇章,提炼关键内容,展示深度解读,总览经济社会发展大局,关注各种复杂难点问题,深刻把握2011年我国经济工作的总体要求、重要原则、主要任务。
From December 10 to December 12, 2010, the Central Economic Work Conference was held in Beijing to comprehensively, scientifically and systematically plan the blueprint for economic development in the “12th Five-Year Plan” period.
