金属反射层铁水比高,需要确定其旁流份额,从而优化其结构设计、并为金属反射层温度场计算提供输入。采用计算流体动力学分析(CFD)数值模拟,计算堆内构件金属反射层的旁流份额,并对计算结果进行分析评价,与基于经验公式的分析方法及实验结果进行了对比。通过分析比较得出:CFD数值计算可模拟复杂流道结构,反映流场特征,计算结果有效。
The metal-to-metal reflector has a high ratio of hot metal to hot metal and needs to define its bypass share to optimize its structural design and provide input to the temperature calculation of the metal reflector. Computational fluid dynamic analysis (CFD) numerical simulation is used to calculate the bypass flow of metal reflective layer in reactor, and the results are analyzed and evaluated, which are compared with those based on empirical formula and the experimental results. Through the analysis and comparison: CFD numerical simulation can simulate the complex flow channel structure, reflecting the flow field characteristics, the calculation results are valid.
