A neutron oscilloscope designed for the time-resolved neutron diagnosis of inertial confinement fusion (ICF) using a combination of high time resolution and high detection sensitivity is introduced. The experimental results show that the time resolution is about 40% ps, total neutron detectable output 10 8.
