我国在推进足球产业化的进程中,出现一些新问题、新矛盾。文章认为保证中国足球运动健康有序发展的基本前提是约束和规范足球裁判员的执法公正。文章首先对足球裁判员执法现状及执法问责的现实意义予以分析,深刻剖析当前中国足球管理体制的问题以及对足球裁判员执法问责的法律制度体系的不完善,在此基础上探究对中国足球裁判员执法问责的路径。
In promoting the industrialization of football in our country, some new problems and new contradictions have emerged. The article holds that the basic premise of ensuring the healthy and orderly development of Chinese football is to restrain and standardize the fairness of football referees. First of all, the article analyzes the current situation of law enforcement and the practical significance of law enforcement accountability, deeply analyzes the current problems of China’s football management system and the imperfect legal system of accountability for law enforcement of football referees. On this basis, The Path of Football Referee ’s Law Enforcement Accountability.
