目前绿色环保对我国的经济发展提出了更高的要求,而新的SEEA框架下水资源是其中的一个亟待解决的问题。本文在介绍水资源SEEA核算体系的基本理论的基础上,提出了在我国对工业企业节水项目开展国民经济评价的一些问题解决办法,也为在企业实际节水工作中提供了一些建议。
At present, the environmental protection of our country has put forward higher requirements for the economic development of our country, and the water resources under the new SEEA framework is one of the problems to be solved urgently. Based on the introduction of the basic theory of SEEA accounting system of water resources, this paper puts forward some solutions to the problem of carrying out national economy evaluation of industrial enterprises in water saving projects, and also provides some suggestions for actual water saving in enterprises.
