目的:探讨乳腺癌患者血清VEGF、PRL、HER2、TPS、s CD40L及MVD与复发转移的相关性。方法:选取2011年4月~2013年4月于本院进行诊治的58例乳腺癌术后复发转移患者为观察组,同时期的58例术后未复发转移者为对照组,将两组患者的血清血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)、泌乳素(PRL)、人表皮生长因子受体2(HER2)、人组织多肽特异性抗原(TPS)、人可溶性CD40配体(s CD40L)及微血管密度(MVD)进行比较,同时将观察组中单纯复发与存在转移者进行比较,并探讨上述指标与乳腺癌复发转移的相关性。结果:观察组的血清VEGF、PRL、HER2、TPS及MVD高于对照组,存在转移者高于单纯复发者,s CD40L低于对照组,且存在转移者低于单纯复发者,上述指标经Logistic分析显示均与乳腺癌的复发转移有密切相关性,P均<0.05。结论:乳腺癌复发转移患者的血清VEGF、PRL、HER2、TPS、s CD40L及MVD呈现明显的异常状态,上述指标均与乳腺癌的复发转移有密切的相关性。
Objective: To investigate the correlation between the serum levels of VEGF, PRL, HER2, TPS, sCD40L and MVD in patients with breast cancer and their recurrence and metastasis. Methods: Fifty-eight patients with recurrence and metastasis of breast cancer treated in our hospital from April 2011 to April 2013 were selected as the observation group. Fifty-eight patients with no recurrence and metastasis in the same period were selected as the control group. Two groups of patients Serum vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF), prolactin (PRL), human epidermal growth factor receptor 2 (HER2), human tissue polypeptide specific antigen (TPS), human soluble CD40 ligand (sCD40L) and microvessel density MVD). At the same time, the recurrence and metastasis in the observation group were compared, and the correlation between these indexes and the recurrence and metastasis of breast cancer were also discussed. Results: The serum levels of VEGF, PRL, HER2, TPS and MVD in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, the metastasis in the observation group was higher than that in the simple relapse, the CD40L in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, Analysis showed that both are closely related to the recurrence and metastasis of breast cancer, P <0.05. Conclusion: Serum levels of VEGF, PRL, HER2, TPS, CD40L and MVD in patients with breast cancer recurrence and metastasis showed obvious abnormalities. These indexes are closely related to the recurrence and metastasis of breast cancer.
