针对中国电信城区分公司转型发展的主要问题,本文运用企业变革的“冰山”理论,结合中国电信××区分公司的实践,探讨“大党建”工作在一线分公司的实践和发展。从城区分公司在变革中面临的阻力与挑战以及“大党建”工作的内涵、作用和体现方式等方面探讨如何发挥“大党建”优势,提升执行力,科学推进城区分公司的和谐转型。
