基层施工单位物资管理工作的好坏,对施工项目顺利进行、保证工程质量、降低工程成本、提高经济效益起着举足轻重的作用。从铁路施工企业基层管理单位——项目部物资管理现存的主要问题着手,简要分析了问题产生的原因,提出了项目部在物资管理方面应改进的措施,以提高施工企业的工程质量和经济效益。
The construction materials management work of the grassroots units is good or bad, plays a decisive role in the smooth progress of the construction projects, ensuring the project quality, reducing the project cost and improving the economic benefits. This paper starts from the main existing problems of materials management of railway construction enterprise grass-roots unit-project department, briefly analyzes the causes of the problems and puts forward the measures that the project department should improve in material management in order to improve construction quality and economic benefits of construction enterprises .
