目的筛选肠道干细胞特征性的差异蛋白质或蛋白质群。方法采用双向凝胶电泳方法分离新生小鼠肠边缘群细胞与肠上皮细胞总蛋白,表达差异超过1.5倍的为差异蛋白质。结果成功建立小鼠肠边缘群细胞与肠上皮细胞的双向电泳图谱,筛选出差异蛋白点39个。结论小鼠肠干细胞与上皮细胞的蛋白表达谱存在差异,有可能成为潜在的、有应用价值的肠道干细胞鉴别分子标志。
Objective To screen differentially expressed proteins or proteomes that are characteristic of intestinal stem cells. Methods Two-dimensional gel electrophoresis (SDS-PAGE) was used to separate the total protein of intestinal marginal group cells and intestinal epithelial cells in neonatal mice. The differences were more than 1.5 times as the differential proteins. Results Two-dimensional electrophoresis patterns of mouse marginal swarm cells and intestinal epithelial cells were successfully established and 39 differentially expressed proteins were screened out. Conclusion There are differences in the protein expression profiles of mouse intestinal stem cells and epithelial cells, which may be potential molecular markers of intestinal stem cell differentiation.
