超大型轮胎式搬运设备走行道路结构分析

在杭州湾跨海大桥50 m箱梁的整体预制、梁上运梁架设施工中,采用了2台800 t轮胎式搬运设备进行箱梁的场内搬运施工。本文介绍了确定预制场最危险区域的方法,并在此基础上采用岩土工程专业软件FLAC3D对最危险区域和运梁通道结构方案进行了仿真分析,提出了施工控制措施。 In the whole prefabricated and beam girder installation works of 50 m box girder of Hangzhou Bay Sea-Crossing Bridge, 2 sets of 800 t tire handling equipment are used for carrying the box girder inside the yard. In this paper, the method of determining the most dangerous area of ​​prefabricated yard is introduced. Based on this, FLAC3D software of geotechnical engineering is used to simulate the structure scheme of the most dangerous area and transportation tunnel and the construction control measures are put forward.
