有氧运动是指在整个运动过程中,人体吸入的氧气大体与需求相等。它的特点是强度低、有节奏、不中断、持续时间不少于15分钟的运动。跑步、快走、游泳、骑车、健身健美操等都属于有氧运动。有氧运动能有效地改善心肺及心血管功能,它也是最好的消耗脂肪的运动。
Aerobic exercise means that during the entire exercise, the amount of oxygen inhaled by the human body is roughly the same as the demand. It is characterized by low intensity, rhythmic, uninterrupted, duration of not less than 15 minutes of exercise. Running, walking, swimming, cycling, aerobics and fitness are all aerobic exercise. Aerobic exercise can effectively improve cardiopulmonary and cardiovascular function, it is also the best fat-consuming exercise.
