碳工具钢的小鑽头(φ3~4毫米)在加工过程和热处理过程都会发生很严重的变形,淬火后的弯曲度在1毫米以上。而且由于工件细小,校直起来很不方便,容易出废品。这种鑽头在从加热爐轉到冷却槽的时候,温度会很快下降,因而也得不到要求的硬度。針对这个问題,大家进行了研究,并且通过试驗,最后决定运用火焰加热和搓板淬火的方法;实际应用証明,这种方法可以使碳工具鋼的小鑽头符合質量要求。
Carbon tool steel small drill (φ3 ~ 4 mm) in the processing and heat treatment process will occur very serious deformation, the degree of curvature after quenching more than 1 mm. And due to the small workpieces, straightening it is not convenient, easy to waste. When this kind of drill bit is transferred from the heating furnace to the cooling bath, the temperature will decrease rapidly and the required hardness will not be obtained. In response to this problem, we conducted a study, and through the test, the final decision to use flame heating and washboard quenching method; practical application shows that this method can make carbon tool steel small drill meet the quality requirements.
